Scope Social partnered with Red Rooster as their exclusive influencer agency over a 9-month period, managing their quarterly influencer budgets end-to-end. With an ever-evolving mix of campaign briefs and product focuses, from seasonal menu drops to limited-edition items and in-store upgrades, we worked closely with the Red Rooster team to ensure each campaign was aligned with current social trends and platform performance.
Our role spanned briefing, talent sourcing, negotiation, creative direction, content approvals, and final reporting. TikTok emerged as the hero channel, consistently delivering the highest engagement and reach for the most efficient spend. To capitalise on performance, Spark Ads were a key part of our strategy, negotiated upfront into creator fees to maximise each post’s algorithmic reach and extend campaign longevity.
We leaned into a creator mix of both micro and macro talent to ensure broad awareness and strong engagement across priority markets. Content was focused on authenticity and relatability, helping Red Rooster shift perception and drive real product trial.
